Shelbey is incredible. I’ve gotten more compliments from friends, family, co-workers, and clients from one visit with her than I’ve received in the past 15 years combined. Her attention to detail is extraordinary! I’m so happy I’ve found her! The customer service is second to none. I will be going back for many years to come.

If you use on line To check in, don’t believe the system relating to being alerted when the stylist is ready. That function didn’t work for me. I waited in the car until my time was up, never alerted that the stylist was available, and she or the system bumped me to the next slot for her, 35 minutes later after being Checked in online for 45 minutes and 15 minutes in the parking lot waiting for an alert... bull$h!t

I was in there last month and Callie was awesome, listened to my wants and made recommendations that were right on. Today my stylist was Elaina, she was great, her and Charlotte make the shop fun to walk in to and I will keep coming back.
